Now beginning to transport livestock with 53-foot livestock trailers. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Hometime: Most drivers are home on a weekly basis. (Depending on where they live and the freight in that area) The longest a driver is out is 10-14 days depending on length of line haul for legal operation (additional time off for longer trips). Pay: Larsen Trucking pays 38CPM-45CPM (Rate per mile is dependent on your experience level, safety rating, and your driving record). Our livestock division pays 48CPM. Teams pay 50CPM (split). Livestock teams pay 70CPM (split). We also offer extra pay: North Eastern pay, Long Island pay, Driver assist, stop off pay…and a $4,000 sign on bonus (paid out over 1 year). On average our drivers earn between $60,000 and $75,000 per year.Equipment: Trucks tend to be three (3) years old or newer. Internationals or Kenworths. Governed between 65MPH to 70MPH, depending on the trucks performance. Our trucks are all equipped with an APUs, refrigerators, and inverters in the cab. All trucks are assigned to the driver (No Slip Seating). Benefits: Benefits include health and dental insurance which is available the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Reporting to the Vice President Channels & Marketing, the Director of Marketing is a critical leadership role within the UPG Brand & Marketing team. This position will be accountable for developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing programs that build the UPG brands and drive revenue growth in the North American market while supporting the organization's reputation externally and within specific industries served. This role provides leadership and strategy to Marketing Communications staff and Brand Managers to develop, implement and support market communications of Unitary Products Groups' products and services. In addition, the director will oversee budget development, brand audits & tracking, visual identity standards, brand governance, brand activation and ROI metrics for the UPG suite of brands. The ideal candidate is both a highly strategic thinker and superb tactical expert, capable of engaging at all levels and with multiple functions within the company. Key Deliverables: * In alignment with the Buildings Strategic Plan, develop and implement an annual marketing/communications plan and budget for Unitary Products Group, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization. * Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization. * Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity. * Champion the development of a digital marketing strategic plan for UPG managing online brand and products campaigns. * Managing the redesign of all brand websites improving the usability, design, content, and conversion. * Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. * Establish the YORK brand as a leading brand in the HVAC industry identified and respected by investors, customers, employees and other key stakeholders and partners. * Work closely with the product management team to define marketing materials and programs. * Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve reputation and recognition. * Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends. * Champion the need for integrated messages across Buildings with the Norman-based marketing/communications team. Ensure accurate messaging is incorporated into all programs. * Work with Buildings public relations to incorporate UPG messaging in broader Buildings story. * Work with Buildings Marketing/Communications team to integrate messaging across external communications programs. Integrate branch architecture as determined by Brand Council. * Drive cost savings opportunities both short-term and long-term in various programs including advertising and fulfillment. * Provides day to day supervision of Marketing Communications staff and is responsible for their engagement and growth and development. Create and maintains appropriate staffing models to meet the shifting needs of the business. * Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. * Determines agencies and suppliers of record, and negotiates contract terms and conditions for major services as aligned with overall Buildings strategies and contracts. * Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends, working with the VP Channels & Marketing, UPG. * Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets. Works to align expected results with marketing objectives. * Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners. * Works closely with Regional Marketing Managers to drive the sales initiatives through regionally focused marketing programs. * Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts, and provides feedback for future product development. * Establish brand management and measurement disciplines for the corporate brand as a strategic asset of the company. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related curriculum. MBA preferred * Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing, sales, or related experience in a similar field. Prefer 3-5 years of direct experience in brand management. * Consumer products marketing and/or automotive aftermarket experience is a plus * Digital Marketing experience and a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. * Demonstrated track record of strong leadership.
