As an administrative assistant, you'll be providing administrative support for a busy executive, performing both routine and high-level clerical and administrative functions. This includes drafting letters and e-mails, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, arranging travel logistics, and working with expense reports and data.
Manage and maintain a busy calendar of meetings, services, events, and travel
Research and book travel, including hotel, car, flights, and ground transportation, composing travel itineraries
Arrange meeting and event logistics, which includes reserving meeting spaces, arranging off-site reservations, booking parking, coordinate catering, etc.
Prepare for meetings, which includes gathering information and disseminating documents and other materials
Run off-site errands for office and meeting supplies and mail packages.
Conduct mail merges for registration forms, badges, letters, and envelopes.
Create and work with fillable or web-based forms with the purpose of gathering information or registration details
Compose, type and file correspondences and other records
Make copies, scan documents, answer phones, and compose and respond to e-mails
Assist with sorting and distributing incoming mail and process outgoing mail; sign for and accept packages, delivering to appropriate persons
Other duties as assigned
Computer and Office Equipment Skills
Ability to work with Microsoft products (Word, Outlook & Excel) at an intermediate level or better on either a Mac or PC

The Host takes telephone messages, guest reservations, and answers questions regarding the restaurant and special events. This position organizes and manages the dining room service by assigning server tables, maximizing guest reservations, and equally distributing server covers. The Host greets and seats guests in a professional and personal manner. Assists in dining room where needed.
We are looking for a Full-time Host with:
Prior hosting experience preferred
Must have basic knowledge of food being served including wine, beer and spirits, to accurately describe to guests.
Able to operate a multi-line telephone, Open Table, computer, copy machine, credit card machine, fax machine, embosser, and paper cutter.
Knowledge of basic cash handling and math skills required.
Memorize table numbers and sections
Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with guests, co-workers, and outside vendors. Requires communicating, interacting and working cooperatively with others.
Requires frequent standing, walking and sitting, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Available all shifts, all days, including weekends and holidays. Schedule is determined by the needs of the business.
