Daily and weekly review of service and client requirements or concerns
Maintain client relationships, analyzes their needs and contacts/visits clients to build and maintain rapport, conduct service surveys and resolve problems as appropriate.
Manage administrative processing and records retention, including time card preparation, attendance, tardiness, vacation and personal time use.
Conduct background investigations on new applicants and process paperwork as needed.
