Collects, analyzes and reports on sales performance data and manages sales goals for American Savings Bank Home Loans, American Insurance & Investments, and Business Banking. Develops sales forecasts and monitors the relationship between sales, growth and incentives. Develops and maintains reports to ensure performance management needs are met.
Major Job Accountabilities:
Recommends annual and quarterly team and individual sales goals for ASBHL, AII, and Business Banking. Tracks and reports team and individual producer results against goals. Reassigns accounts and adjusts individual production goals, as directed by business leadership.
Prepares standard and ad hoc reports for presentation to senior management. Designs reports to measure total business sales volume, revenue, attrition, net growth, margin/profits, sales performance, and business segment results, etc. Produce reports necessary for individual incentive compensation calculations.
Builds new reports in the EDW (enterprise data warehouse) for ASBHL, AII, and Business Banking. Serves as SME for and ensures data accuracy in the EDW.
Prepares sales charts and graphs for monthly Operations Review presentations.
Collaborates with Marketing Data Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis, and business leadership to develop information needed for annual budget preparation.
Qualifications Minimum Education Requirements:
4-year college degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or other related field of study
3 years-demonstrated work experience producing accurate and meaningful reports in support of sales performance management
Demonstrates high proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL)
Preferred experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics
