Start Date: 7/30
Location: Price Road Chandler, AZ 85286
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Duration: Temp to hire
Regular Schedule: First 6 weeks of training will be 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
After training, candidates will have Sundays and 1 weekday off - Monday through Friday hours will be 12:45 pm to 9:15 pm, Saturdays 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

We are seeking ambitious individuals with a drive to succeed who have one plus year of customer service experience as well as excellent verbal and decision making skills to provide exceptional customer service for our ATM/Debit card, ACH and Check fraud card customers. You would be responsible for reviewing and processing claims. Must be able to effectively authenticate the identity of customers to prevent further fraudulent activity. Captures all pertinent information from customer about their claim, conducts research, and decisions or provides updates on status of new and existing claims. Successful candidates will be working in a fast paced production oriented call center environment. You will be expected to respond to our inbound customer inquiries while meeting or exceeding quality standards. You will be required to use multiple online computer systems with technical proficiency.

**Success in this position includes consistent attendance. Attendance is critical especially during the first six weeks of paid training held Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Once training is completed, the schedule you were hired for will be effective.***

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in a call center environment in the fields of financial services, fraud, investigations, BSA/AML, or criminal justice
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while working on the phone
- Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers

Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent and professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding Regulation E, CC, or DD
