Job Title: Guest Service Representative (GSR) FLSA Status: Hourly Reports To: Guest Services Manager Under the direction of the Guest Services Manager, responsible for the operations of the guest services department and direction of employees including coaching and development of associates, engaging guests and conducting guest traffic. Guest Services Associates have an opportunity to treat every customer as a guest by creating meaningful and genuine interactions; you'll see our regular guests choosing their checkout lane based on their favorite cashier, not the line length!
