The opportunity We need a new prospecting, hunting, listening and planning Business Development Representative, Lead Generation who wants to join us as we continue to dominate the industry. Someone to help us cultivate our North American territory. This is an opportunity for a Business Development or Lead Generation Representative who is inspired by our rapid growth and is seeking a chance to build their career in software sales. A chance to earn a commission for every meeting you secure that the prospect attends, as you target, identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Who you are and what's in it for you You have a couple years of business development experience. You may be coming out of a large outsourced vendor and you want a chance to be part of a scaling global company, a leader in PropTech where you can be part of the culture, the team and the growth. Or you may be a recent graduate of a Sales program and you are looking for a step in the door and an exciting opportunity to work your way up to an Inside Sales role in less than two years. Either way, you want a chance to step into a role where you can take on the challenges of expanding your knowledge of our industry-leading portfolio of solutions and apply it to securing meetings for the Sales and Accounts team. Here's what our new Business Development Representative - Lead Generation will do: Qualify business opportunities. You will identify leads by researching relevant Membership Organizations, Journals, Periodicals and Websites - primarily focused on new account acquisition. You will use the customer relationship management (CRM) database to qualify leads and set up meetings. Provide Customer Feedback. You will be responsible for customer feedback on relevant products and services. You will establish a formal Client Reference System. You will maintain strong knowledge of technology initiatives. Track. You will enter, update and maintain and complete accurate records of all prospecting and account activity in a customer relationship management database in a timely and consistent manner. Support. You will assist the Marketing team with campaigns and events both in-person and virtual. Collaborate. You will work autonomously yet in partnership with Global Sales Management, Field Rep Management and SMB Rep Management to achieve measurable growth of clients in your designated region. So, how do we know you are the next Business Development Representative - Lead Generation, you have: The education. You have a degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Real Estate. Or, you might be able to sell us on why your degree is just as effective. The experience. You have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a lead generation role. You have a proven ability to consistently exceed targets and a compelling reason as to why we should hire you. The natural sales instinct. We can and will train you, in how to sell our software. We can't teach you how to show up with a personality, with enthusiasm and with the ability to engage people and develop relationships. You will need to bring those traits to succeed with us. The interest. You absolutely must have a technical mindset and interest in technology. The initiative. You know how to balance and prioritize sales, making calls, following up on warm leads coming through marketing, website, content, referrals as well as generating your own. The collaboration. You will exceed at being an active player supporting the external sales team for bigger deals. You are looking to commit to us; and eventually grow with us. Altus Analytics is: Fast.
