The Opportunity The FCC is responsible for outreach, community engagement, and implementing an annual student recruitment plan that aligns with our organization's student enrollment goals during a period of rapid expansion. This person will work closely with the school and operations teams to collectively recruit and enroll new students. The FCC will execute student enrollment efforts by providing strategies to the school based teams on how to achieve the enrollment process, partnering with the Marketing & Communications team to create communication materials, and represent the region externally at community events. To be successful in this role, a FCC brings a track record for designing and implementing successful recruitment and marketing strategies; and experience building and maintaining relationships with community members and partners.
