Our client, a Commercial Property Management company near Dupont Circle is looking for a Temp-to-Hire Assistant Commercial Building Manager. Duties will include handling monthly invoicing, rent collection, bank deposits, and posting rent payments to the system. Will also assist in budget preparation and oversee and work with the onsite engineer to address and resolve all tenant work orders and building projects. Must have an understanding of the basic concepts of a lease, operating expenses, and real estate taxes and have experience with property management software.
