The TRG #Growth Practice is excited to announce another client engagement for an Assistant Controller to join their Growing Global Accounting and Finance Organization. With a ton of visibility within the organization, and a lot of access to the C-Level Leadership; this role will be looked to for future growth and role expansion.

We are looking for a driven, A&F Leader, with proven skills in Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, P&L Leadership, and Process Improvements. Our client is incredibly acquisition and #growth minded - looking to hire scalable leaders into their business.

Background Desired:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Etc. (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5+ years in Manufacturing - Costing, Controllership Functions
  • Ability to be an incredible partner with Plant Management
  • Lean Minded - Ability to Drive A&F Process Improvements
