Job Description

TalentBridge is working with a client seeking a strong HR Manager in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a generalist in support of various aspects of the human resources operations
  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the ?company
  • Ability to forge outstanding working relationships across the team and with business leaders
  • Coach and council managers and supervisors on employee related concerns
  • Must be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and must be able to effectively present to all levels of the organization
  • Provides ?guidance on the drafting of progressive discipline documents as needed
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree

HR certifications a plus

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Manager or Business Partner capacity

Ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, and prioritize work assignments

Work well in a collaborative environment with multiple departments and individuals?
