Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? ???????? Organize, scan, process and file all driver logs within the log audit system.

? ???????? Daily audit of company driver and owner operator fuel reports with mismatches sent to the appropriate personnel and corrections made upon return.

? ???????? Process fuel solution report on a daily basis and send to Driver Mangers for execution.

? ???????? Communicate any log errors or missing logs to drivers immediately upon processing and maintain a follow up system to ensure total DOT compliance by all drivers.

? ???????? Email log audits to Safety and VP to review on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. ? Report log violators on a quarterly basis for driver safety incentive.

Maintain all files for driver logs within DOT regulated and company guidelines.

Organize, order and distribute orientation food services.

Inventory all driver supplies and re-stock as necessary.

Fed Ex supplies to drivers as requested.

? ???????? Perform a variety of general clerical duties, including telephone reception, mail distribution, and other routine functions.

? ???????? Assist and serve as a backup for safety, maintenance and equipment as needed.

? ???????? Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.

? ???????? Other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? ???????? Excellent organization and follow up skills.

? ???????? Average computer skills including all Microsoft products.

? ???????? One [1] year?s experience in the performance of general office clerical duties.

? ???????? Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
