Dynamic and rapidly-growing, OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their team! Operations Coordinator Detail oriented individual who can handle 3 very specific functions: 1. Fleet and equipment maintenance ? large fleet of trucks and trailers 2. All of their individual safety process and procedures with their employees ? safety reports, tracking personal protection gear for an construction company with 60+ employees 3. All of the warranty documents and information for all of their jobs
Heavy detail work, computer sheets, reaching out to people, reaching out to employees Need someone who is very detail oriented ? close attention to detail; Making sure all equipment that was assigned to the right people Safety paperwork on the job, have to have daily exceptions ? ensuring they are done Scheduling and reaching out to the foreman, constantly chasing people and equipment The inspections are done by somebody else ? this person would be coordinating Position requires constant follow-up, emails, handling fleet and equipment issues, oil changes are done, tires are done If you have the skillset for this position, please send your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resum?] ! .
