Concur Expense Administrator Overview:

Onebridge is seeking an experienced Concur Expense Administrator for a long term opportunity in Cincinnati, OH.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience with Concur, Petty Cash, Personal Expense Processing, Auditing and Travel and Entertainment Card Processing.

Provide direction for booking travel arrangements including air, hotel, and car and ground transportation.
Process approved travel profile requests and corporate T&E card applications. Perform weekly corporate credit card reconciliation
Audit and process the posting of expenses and monthly card statements to ensure all transactions are recorded timely & accurately and comply with company policies and procedures
Follow up with card holders and approvers to ensure timely expense submissions and prepare employees expense reports for payment on a weekly basis
Function as the key point person for the organization with regard to travel and credit card program; communicate to travelers about special programs, changes to policies and travel guidelines
Provide ongoing training to all travelers and card holders to onboard them as well as to ensure program compliance, best practices and systems ?

Education/Experience/Skills:
Associate Degree or higher in Business
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Must have experience with Concur and Travel and Expense processing
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
