A certified nursing assistant job description includes providing assistance to those that are incapable of care for themselves in the privacy of the participating client's home. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.). Your role will be to maintain patient comfort and safety. You’ll also need to follow all of Mastercare's policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards. You’ll represent Mastercare with integrity. If you are a certified CNA you must be able to provide a copy of your certificate. In addition, when providing any Licenses or Certificates, you must be able to provide a high-school diploma or GED.
