Job Overview: Our Corporate Recruiter is a key player to develop and execute our talent acquisition strategy. Our Corporate Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and other company leaders to source top talent and fill positions organization wide, maintains the applicant tracking system, coaches hiring managers on how to select top candidates, and extends offers of employment. Ideal candidates will be energetic and quickly learn about our company and positions.

A Day in the Life:

  • You will be sourcing candidates by finding appropriate places, such as college campus recruiting, on-line sites, job fairs, and other networking groups, to find top talent for our positions.
  • You will conduct resume database searches.
  • You will post and close job advertisements, screen resumes, and conduct applicant telephone screenings.
  • You will maintain candidate pipeline and the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • You will lead all phases of the selection process.
  • You will partner with HR team and hiring managers to follow our Hire Smart practices.
  • You will maintain interview notes.
  • You will extend offers, both verbally and in writing.
  • You will recommend talent acquisition strategy to support a great candidate experience and employee on-boarding experience within recruiting metrics.

  • Has a minimum of 2-year related experience filling both high volume and professional positions.
  • Has the ability to keep sensitive employee information confidential.
  • Has past experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Has a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or equivalent years of field expierence.
