Kelly Services, a global leader in staffing solutions, is seeking an Administrative Assistant IIIfor one of our top clients in Chattanooga, TN.Qualifications: Proven organizational and time management skills required Experience in strategic planning, investment banking or management consulting preferred Skills/Certifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and Word Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects Effective time management and Independent Ability to solve problems via the analysis and interpretation of conducting research Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of management, customers, government officials, vendors and external organizations Effective time management skills Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of discretionary decision-makingResponsibilities: Interface with external companies/individuals and/or organizations regarding sensitive information Coordinates multimedia presentation as directed, including confidential information for Executive Management Coordinates travel for internal and external clients, individuals and/or groups and maintain travel log Assist with data gathering, formulation and development of presentations on projects for internal and external audiences Prioritizes and distributes incoming mail and responds to mail of routine nature Distribution of budget reports, maintains PTO documentation, perform research to support initiatives Coordinates with other assistants to ensure community responsibilities are adequately met, e.g. cross-coverage for absences Responsible for all other work as determined by managementResponsible for all administrative support function including proactively managing sensitive and complex schedules and maintenance of records and filesEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience 3-5 years of progressive administrative experienceIT Admin experience preferred
