Kelly Services is currently seeking a Client Services Assistant in Atlanta, GA for a global real estate firm. Pay is $20 an hour. Your primary responsibilities will be providing general administrative support to a group of sales professionals.***This position is temporary until 2/28/2020 with possible extension to temp to hire***Requirements:Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required2 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionalsAbility to determine and respond to conflicting prioritiesWork experience in Sales or Marketing environment preferredAbility to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understandingAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisorRequires knowledge of financial terms and principlesAbility to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissionsConducts basic financial analysisAbility to abstract a leaseAbility to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situationsAbility to solve problems in standard situationsAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skillsAbility to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or In Designed preferredBasic knowledge of accounting and marketingDuties:Provides general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionalsCollects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and informationComposes straightforward written descriptions of resultsGathers supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national lawsMaintains company brand, product, office, and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packagesAnswers, screens and directs incoming telephone callsResponds to general inquiries and provides information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality of Sales, Marketing, Client and proprietary information and data in all communicationsWhy Kelly?At Kelly Services, we work with the best.
