Job Description

The receptionist is the initial contact person for students, staff and all visitors contacting the Office of Admission. The receptionist will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and schedule appointments as needed. It is the responsibility of the receptionist to provide professional, courteous and effective customer service to all constituencies.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.2. High School education or equivalent required.3. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to make a positive first impression.4. Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.5. Ability to build strong relationships with the admission team and departments across campus.6. Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with aptitude to learn Slate.
