Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAnswer high volume of phone callsOrganize and schedule appointmentsPlan meetings and take detailed minutesWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersSubmit and reconcile expense reportsProvide general support to visitorsAct as the point of contact for internal and external clientsRequirementsProven experience as an administrative assistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plusWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
