Job Description

West area client is seeking a front office administrative assistant for their front office. The position includes greeting guests, maintaining the office, board room and lobby area. Answers a multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages, and screens and directs calls in a professional manner. Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival. Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail in a timely manner. Receives and signs for courier deliveries and distributes to appropriate personnel. Maintains kitchen, printer area, supply/storage rooms, conference room and reception area organized at all times. Handles all sensitive material with the highest degree of confidentiality. Provides project specific administrative support when necessary. Maintains an organized office calendar and schedules meetings and appointments as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements include Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience in a corporate setting Proven tenure through work history Good communication (oral and written), detail-oriented, efficient, and pro-active skills Professionalism with strong work ethic and excellent attendance
