Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Maintain the administration of Worker's compensation claims, and OSHA logs

-Conduct the New Hires Orientation and Training as needed on required topics such as Benefits and policies.

-Verification of I-9.

-Liaise closely with Human Resource Manager

-Filing, Record Keeping, and all reporting functions

-Administer employee uniforms, program time cards, and parking badges.

-Enroll new hires with enrollment of biometrics in Kronos timeclock system and ADP.

-Scan and forward employees direct deposits to Corporate Payroll and anything payroll related that needs to go to Corporate payroll.

-Create PAF's for fingerprint and she reimbursements and scan to Corporate Payroll.

-Assist in random drug testing for employees by providing employee schedules.

Other Responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to:

-Knowledge of internal policies and procedures.

-Competent to work independently within an expertise.

-Knows and follows all safety requirements; strives to maintain a safe work environment.

-Effective gives and receives feedback; willingly asks questions and seeks direction as needed.

-Must be able to function within a team environment.

Education:

-High School Diploma or Equivalency

-2 year plus HR assistant experience

Job Qualifications:

-Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule

-Able to understand, read, communicate and write in English, , multi-lingual Spanish a plus

-Can provide and deliver training to staff

- Must be Reliable-Presentable and Professional

- Able to work with others as a team player.

-Able to work closely with customers in a fast paced environment.

-Safe Worker that leads by example.

-PC Literate- (MS Office, Excel and Word) ADP and Kronos a plus.
