Job Description

Infogroup is looking for an eager self-starter to join our team as a Business Analyst - Human Resources. Reporting to our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), this person will be responsible for Human Capital metrics, analysis and reporting in order to facilitate business decisions and enlighten our organization's business leaders.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Compile Human Capital data from within and outside the organization.
  • Focus heavily on providing detailed analytics, dashboard reports and executive summaries to HR and executive leaders across the organization.
  • Translate metrics and measurements into actionable plans for business leaders.
  • Perform business relevant analysis and reports that capture the intersection of Business and Human Capital metrics/measurements.
  • Analyze our HR policies and procedures to ensure that best practices are promoted within all HR functions across the organization.
  • Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
  • Ensure legal and internal compliance in all HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Partner with HR and Payroll to make system updates and improvements.
  • Make recommendations to optimize and implement new processes and systems in consultation with business and HR team leaders.
  • Address systems and reporting related activities in a timely manner while ensuring a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in rolling out and implementing new efficient and effective HR programs.
  • This role will have a dual path career opportunity up our HR and/or Finance organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or completed MBA Business Administration - Human Resources or Masters in Human Resources or a related degree program.
  • Internship experience in HR or HRIS preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting skills utilizing industry leading tools and practices.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees while maintaining confidentiality in all related topics.
  • Strong business acumen and keen ability to understand how HR practices can influence organizational goals.
  • Skilled in data analysis, HR systems, and cultural awareness.
  • Expert in MS Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as R, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar preferred.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics preferred.
