ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal Construction Administration Coordinator will provide construction administration support on projects in collaboration with project construction administrators, architects, landscape architects, engineers, and firm leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Visit jobsite to meet with Contractors and inspect the installation; and generate field reports.
Review and respond construction submittals, RFI's, etc.
Generate Punch Lists at project completion.
Attend and participate in construction meetings
Assist in the company's Quality Control process.
Assist in the document management including setting up new projects, uploading drawings, and ensuring most recent documents are utilized.
Interface with Contractors, Construction Managers, Clients and Consultants.
Review and respond to change orders, contractor payment applications, and cost estimates.
Perform 1st year warranty inspections with Clients
Produce weekly/monthly reports for project leadership
Perform administrative activities such as preparing, copying, and emailing documents.
ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or other relevant field.
Proficiency in BlueBeam and Microsoft Office
Experience working in CAD is a bonus
