Position Overview\:

Provide analytical and consulting support to uBreakiFix Leadership in making strategic decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting data. This may entail analyzing information in Excel or other tools, and presenting the data to various leaders as well as presenting this information to the staff in the partner stores. Supports and prepares comprehensive analyses, operational and financial reports with written summaries to organizational leadership. Data, Training and Processes may need to be given to Store Staff directly and later checked for execution and meeting of goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities\:

  • Interpret reports and build actionable plans to improve KPIs for our partners.

  • Management of the accounting and reconciliation of various receivables, liabilities, revenues, and claims related to the billing activity of the company.

  • Perform data analysis on large data sets pulled from a variety of systems and tables.

  • Perform root-cause analysis on significant revenue-related deviations

  • Compilation and presentation of actionable plans including tracking bottom performing locations and working with store staff, as needed, including direct leadership conversations with the Storeâ?'s General Manager.

  • Management of the configuration, testing, and monitoring of transactions processed through financial systems used by the department

  • Creation and management of critical business reporting tools and turning data into accurate and relevant information with limited direction

  • Enhancement of process efficiency and accuracy through automation or manual processes.

  • Support Sr. Manager and other departments through financial analysis and modeling

  • Own documentation of assigned processes in compliance with various audit requirements and ensure those processes are adhered to

  • Possess strong leadership skills to work with and lead store staff including General Managers, Parts Leads/Assistant Managers and technicians to communicate the needs of the business and share knowledge that will improve performance and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Proficiency in a variety of accounting and office applications including but not limited to, the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

  • Some travel may be required on an individual project basis. Travel may include overnight stay at the work location.

  • Act as a resource to our partners team members..

  • Provide on-the-job instant feedback to team members.

  • Collaborate with Sr. Manager regarding skill sets and training needs.
