Provide direct front office support to an intelligence community client's policy and strategy-related offices as well as international affairs related groups. Work closely with the government client on organizing, redesigning, and new business processes. Assist the project team with the analysis and implementation of process improvements. Develop expertise in a particular industrial specialty and strengthen expertise in project management. Support practice development initiatives, including assisting the business development team with writing proposals. Maintain daily contact with junior to mid level client staff for information and data collection and participate in client meetings, as needed. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel and provide training.
-Knowledge of governmental organizational processes and procedures
-Ability to work independently, carry out assignments to completion with minimal oversight, and conduct independent research
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience with Microsoft Office in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree and 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office in a professional work environment
-Knowledge of DoD and intelligence community (IC) processes, including how they apply to client policy
-Ability to adapt to changing client priorities quickly and respond to short deadlines and ad hoc requests
-Ability to build trust with clients and working relationships with onsite staff
-Ability to produce Microsoft Office tool projects, including Excel spreadsheets, various visuals, such as tables, charts, and graphs, and PowerPoint presentations and provide high quality editing of memorandums, e-mails, and multi-page documents
-BA or BS degree in International Affairs or Business Management
