The IT Senior Collaboration Specialist supports LabCorp Holdings enterprise Collaboration applications, Telepresence environments and Audio Visual systems. This role is responsible for the support of WebEx for our 16,000 account holders, training and work instruction materials, Town Hall and large meeting logistics and Senior Executive support. The required skills range from mid-level technical knowledge of Cisco Voice and Collaboration architecture and high level technical knowledge of Audio/Visual solutions and Collaboration Services.
As a lead, you will assist the Director of Voice and Collaboration Services with pushing adoption, enhancing user experience, build relationships with internal management and continue to drive savings. Also partner closely with the Webex Customer Success organization to support critical customers as a technical SME on Collaboration technology. Act as a liaison with AV engineers to improve customer experience and track requirements back to Cisco's internal operations.
License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science with 10 years of experience in related field.
Deep technical expertise in WebEx Meetings, WebEx Team and WebEx Devices is preferred.
