• 3-8 years + of experience in HR
• 3+ years in managing an HR team.
• PHR or SHRM certification
• Retail Experience
• Leads and manages an HR Department
• Manages and resolves complex and/or high-risk employee relations issues
• Facilitates HR trainings
• Develops and implements policies
• Conducts HR Department audits
