The successful candidate will be a key member of REIG's Asset Management team and perform a variety of financial functions, including; forecasting, leasing/investment analysis, budget preparation, and the completion of ad-hoc reports. Working closely with the Director of Asset Management and five Asset Managers, the analyst will provide analytical support to the entire REIG team in the oversight of the performance of the overall portfolio.
REIG oversees 100+ properties located across the U.S. with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion. The majority of the portfolio is comprised of multi-family properties, with the remainder including office, industrial, retail and ground lease investments. The analyst will be responsible for the preparation and validation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, annual budgets, and cash flow modeling.
