IT Programmer

Design and program complex SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures, SQL Server Integration Services packages, and scripts
Transform data into meaningful and accurate information which the business can consume
Develop analytical strategies to solve business problems - this involves understanding the business problem, identifying relevant data, gathering and summarizing data meaningfully and applying appropriate statistical analysis to identify causal relationships and predict future outcomes
Perform data analysis to define date structures, data flows, and data mappings
Collaborate with business analysts/SME to produce software designs
Automate and optimize dataflows and workflows to maximize performance
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
Work both independently and as part of a team environment
Develop well defined test plans to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
What you'll need to succeed in this role
Bachelor's degree in related field (ie: computer science or software engineering) preferred
2+ years SQL experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking skills
Experience in developing desktop and web applications utilizing the latest technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft programming (ie: .NET, .NET Core, C#, VB, ASP, Blazor)
