Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst will interface with various teams to identify their needs, work across departments to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customers' experience, and research advanced technology and best practices in the field to find cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lend a data-driven voice to strategic projects, resulting in thought-pieces that glean new insights into the airport technology group
Generate data visualizations and reports to support ongoing initiatives
Develop and apply data analysis techniques in various contexts
Create analyses to support initiatives tied to operational objectives
Create presentation of findings, telling technical stories to non-technical and/or executive audiences
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree OR equivalent work/training experience
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Experience with a programming language such Python, SQL, Java, etc.
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation to understand root causes of operational happenings within the business unit
Reliable and dependable
Capacity to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
