The assessment revealed a list of the top five soft skills and ten hard skills employers are hiring and training for in 2020.

4: Adaptability

5: Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence has two parts to it: the first is your ability to perceive and understand your own emotions as well as those of others; the second has to do with being able to modulate your own natural emotions. To improve your emotional intelligence skills, you need to practice empathy and care consciously.
